The spouting of twaddle, particularly by those perceived to have authority, is nothing more than noise. No useful, not interesting, not helpful. Just noise. There's a lot of that these days.
Beware the Spin. According to realnewspr.com: “the strategic shaping and presentation of information to create a particular perception or narrative, often to influence public opinion or protect a client’s image.” Also deployed as “alternative facts.” Mostly mere jabber. And it's 99% of what we here public figures opnining.
The Weave. Employed by our current USA president, and many others. More (mere) noise to fill the unforgiving minute. Empty words used to disguise lack of thought and knowledge. Why I won't listen to interviews and press conferences. The aim is to prevaricate and deflect, not to communicate anything of significance.
